Great food at Texas Charcoal Chicken .The charcoal chicken was juicy with a nice smoky flavor, and the chips were crispy and well seasoned. Friendly staff and quick service. Good portions for the price. Would definitely come back

First ever visit to Texas Charcoal Chicken so I didn't really have any expectations. The menu is extensive and the prices are quite reasonable. Texas Tower is a beast of a burger. Greasy, Cheesy, nice kick of spice from the sauce and jalapenos without being over powering. Topped with the crispy bacon jam that still had that awesome crunch from perfectly cooked bacon. Normally a triple thick patty burger can be too rich but surprisingly with the combination of the spicy sauce and bacon jam, everything was very well balanced. I really hope this burger stays on as a regular on the menu. Meat Lovers was a burger I couldn't miss out on. Brisket on a burger and onion rings? Count me in. The biggest worry I had was how good or bad will the brisket be? To my surprise they nailed it. Absolutely melt in your mouth brisket. Full of flavour and smokiness. With their in-house beef patties and crispy AF bacon it was awesome. Team provided a great service and were extremely receptive to feedback. Was a pleasure coming in today. Overall a phenomenal experience. The burgers and food are great and I can't wait to come back 🤤

I don’t usually leave the reviews but im writing here as soon as i ate burger and chicken cuz it was SO GOOD!! I had Double trouble burger and quarter charcoal chicken and it made me really full. Maybe one burger would be even enough but couldn’t resist the chicken. First bite of chicken skin was 👍🏻 i wont forget the taste! Burger was a bit salty but loved the flavor of charcoal, patty and bacon was wonderful. But id not recommend eating outside cuz burger is big and juicy you will have to suck your fingers as well !! Don’t waste your money on McDonalds haha id definitely visit here again! You guys doing great! The girl at the front was also nice

Juicy! Huge! Tasty! The brisket burger was moist and flavourful. I’d recommend removing the pickles as they overpower the charcoal flavour of the brisket. The krunchy chicken burger was really tender but the coleslaw made the fillet less crunchy than anticipated. Both were still delicious. Possibly the best chips in Sydney! Easy to see why there was a long line of customers on Sunday.
